There’s a strange and wonderful phenomenon that you’re familiar with (whether it’s from first-hand experience or not). No doubt you’re wondering what I’m talking about? This fantastic thing that has uplifted; and equally eluded so many of us, is called ‘Beginner’s Luck’.
What exactly is Beginners Luck and why or how does it happen?
The answer’s simple.
When you start out on a new business or launch a new service, the reason you’ll probably have success right out of the gate, AKA Beginners Luck, is because you don’t know any better.
Not for long – allow me to explain. In whatever venture you’re about to embark on, being a newbie immediately gives you the advantage! You’ll be entering an arena simply knowing, what-you-know.
This may not be as much as the rest of the industry, but the good news is you won’t be hampered with any cynicism or negativity your counterparts may have gathered over the years.
How can you apply some Beginners Luck to your biz?
When I work with my coaching clients I like to get back to basics. Think about when you first started out. You were resourceful and leveraged whatever you had available to you, and most importantly you didn’t let little setbacks put blocks in the way of taking action.
Whatever you’re sharing, don’t let blocks stop you from putting your message out there.
Things don’t need to be perfect but…
Your content needs to be good and you need to add value for your audience!
The long and the short of it is; if you don’t believe something’s an issue, then it won’t be an issue.
Get your message out there – NO MATTER WHAT!
